5 nutrition tips for a successful transformation

Planning to get in shape but don't know which nutrition plan is good for it? We've got you covered!

Transformations are not solely based on workouts; one needs to have a good nutrition plan in place to get in shape. We know body changes are difficult to accomplish whether your objective is to build muscle, shed fat, or perhaps both. Achieving your goals will need a lot of effort & discipline.

So let's get started with the foolproof nutrition game plan to help you get in shape & STAY in shape.

1. Add Protein to Your Diet

A healthy diet that helps you get in shape should contain plenty of protein. It creates an increased feeling of satiety when you increase your protein uptake from 15% to 30%. An ideal meal should contain at least 20 to 30 grams of high-quality protein to promote muscle strength. Increasing your protein uptakes does not imply that you just overeat meat at every meal. Instead, take portions of lean protein which makes you feel full without overeating.

2. Consume Grass-fed Lean Beef

A grass-fed animal diet is another effective way that helps you transform in no time. Red meat like beef is an amazing source of protein. Grass-fed lean beef means a type of beef that has variable levels of fat along with a majority of protein. Mostly, lean beef consists of cuts that have a 10% fat content.

95% of lean beef mince has more or less 136 calories, 0g of carbohydrates, 20g of protein, and 5g of fat per 100g serving. Other than this, lean beef also contains all of the necessary amino acids that our body needs to function properly. Tyrosine, one of the essential amino acids necessary for the synthesis of stress hormones like adrenaline and brain signaling molecules like dopamine, are also present in beef which lowers a person's stress levels.

3. Add Greek Yogurt to Your Meals

Regular yogurt is thinner and creamier than Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has been strained to get rid of extra whey (the liquid component of milk). This straining makes the Greek yogurt which contains more protein and fat than regular yogurt.

Not only this, but Greek yogurt also contains twice the levels of protein compared to normal yogurt. It also has less lactose and less sugar than regular yogurt because it has been strained. This makes it the best choice for those who consume low carbohydrate foods or are lactose intolerant.

4. Get enough liquids

Your health depends on the amount of water you take. Numerous studies have demonstrated that drinking water can aid in weight loss, may slightly boost calorie expenditure, and supports weight maintenance. Also, drinking water before meals can decrease your hunger and food consumption at the subsequent meal.

5. Take it Easy

There is no doubt that better food choices are necessary if you want to reduce your body fat. In your journey to get in shape, don’t just give up on everything you enjoy eating. Instead, focus on eating the right foods to have optimal health, so you can control your blood sugar levels which ultimately leads to a better and fast transformation.

Getting in shape is everyone's dream goal but sticking to it is a challenge for some people. Therefore, the best way for it is to control your portions, drink enough water, and make it your lifestyle. You got this!
